This project profile deals with the establishment of Marble Processing Plant in XXXX City/Woreda  with an annual production capacity of 210,000 m² of polished marble tile. The present effective demand of the proposed marble tile is estimated at 5,600,000 m² per annum. The rapid development of urban areas, high-rise buildings, housing complexes, malls, governmental and non-governmental buildings make use of marble for both their interiors and exteriors. And this triggers the demand in the future and expected to reach 13,204,507 m² by the year 2025 E.C. The major raw material is raw marble mineral stone which is 100% are available in the local market. Therefore, the project will not be constricted by raw material shortage. The products are set to distribute 60% to the export market and 40% to the local market. The project has a backward and forward linkage with other factories, for example, the crushed marble products are used for a raw material for other paint factories.
